New Prime 3G in March.

If I learned anything from my Bionic it's that I wanna keep the bloatware OUT. It's incredibly annoying and I don't want to go through the rooting. My setup for the TF201 is going to be simply to carry my mobile hotspot around with me....

The only reason the gps will be better is because it will have the 3g to use. If you have a mobile hotspot with the current model, you will have the same gps...

Exactly. No reason to pay extra for the 3G and then another 30+ bucks a month.

Are we willing to bet that they will not release a better case for the 3G version and it will be purely better because the GPS is using the 3G connection?

If they did release a new case asus would open up a can of worms with existing users wanting a replacement case and I for one would be queuing up too. :)

I think it will be the same case for that very reason. I also think that is why they use the term "better" and do not actually elaborate.

A new Prime in March with 3G and GPS that works.. or so they say.

New Tablets from Asus in 2012

Note they say its "better" GPS. That can be a very short leap compared to the current Prime GPS ;)

I'm glad people are excited about the 3G model but for me, I'm happy with wifi-only models. I wouldn't go out and buy a Prime or any other tablet just to have a better, working GPS unit.

Good for ASUS though for giving an alternative, for those that want a 3G model.
