New prl 3032

A friend of mine has a phone that is still on an older PRL-3027. I try to update it for them by pressing *228 but it said they were unable to update the roaming list at this time. What gives?

Correct but make sure you get QPST 2.7 Build 374, older versions won't work.

edit- I just updated to 3032 using QPST. When I did the write to phone it returned an error message, but the PRL did change so apparently it worked.
