Oops... 01129 was a typo. 01120 is the current version. If you want to manually update (downgrade?) to 60677, just follow the link in my sig.
digiblur from the xda forums has a site that shows all the changes in prl versions. It's worth checking out.

It should be noted, that just because your prl updated, it doesn't necessarily mean that there will be a change in your service or reception. Some areas, like the NY metro area haven't had any changes since before 60676 came out. Other areas, like Charlottesville, Va have had a ton of changes.
