Root New Rom Poll

LowEndGeek

Android Expert
I just want some feedback, since phenom has said that we can use his sources I wanted to build a rom for the good old elite. I'm currently working on aokp for my tablet but when i'm done i'll get to work. I just want to know what ya'll would like to see?

The options are:

1. Gummy Rom

2. Carbon Rom

3. Other

I'm trying to choose roms which are smaller so they will fit on the device. Let me know what you think and in case anyone is wondering i've never truly left. Just been training high in the mountains under a water fall for a few months lol

Whichever has the most memory available... Not being able to reliably run core apps (Maps / Navigation) reliably has been a dealbreaker for me so far.

Gummy would be the most efficient I believe, especially since slim has already been built.

Edit: Currently syncing gummy unless I hear otherwise (going to do it for my tab anyway)

I originally discussed this same thing with Phenom. Carbon ROM was one that was discussed along with Pac ROM.

Would like to see Carbon ROM. 'Carbon Elite' would be a cool name :) Not to mention the feature list is rich for Carbon ROM.

carbon roms never seem to get all the way there in terms of stability for me, so count me in for gummy...

or i could get on linux and hop on github too and put out another flavor. i would just need a refresher on which hubs to fork

My laptop takes a while to compile the first time (about 12 - 16 hours) and I have court in a few days, if all goes well i'll have some more news around the middle of the week. The build has already begun though, just had to figure out a few things, working with a non cm official source is....not the same.
