Download the x10i Flasher tool from here:

Follow the instructions to Flash your desired firmware.
Be careful not to make a mistake!
In less than 15 sec you can boot into your
pre existing ROM using the latest baseband!
PLUS Apps2SD work fine now!

I just clicked Flash and followed the instruction carefully. Then when asked to "unplug the device and power it on", i got stuck on SE logo.
Is there a prerequisite for this? Like ROM/firmware version and the like?
