New Rumor- August 21st Launch

Sweet thanks, I'm glad the old rumor was squashed and the new rumor is in place. I was worried for a second there, that all my rumors had gotten mixed up.

Imagine if a legitimate news source published an article doing nothing else but squashing one rumor to start a new one. What a joke.

Mind you, OP, I'm not bashing you, just the article.
 
This Epic better be good it's gonna take alot of OTA updates to erase my brain of all these different dates, I think I need a format. :eek:
 
I'm gonna keep a close watch on this one. This guy got hands on time with the epic and he seems like he knows what he's talking about. After he posted his info up, he decided to delete his posts because he said he was taking heat from his boss after leaking the info. Luckily, some forum members quoted his posts so most of the info he posted is still up.

Here is the problem, it hasn't been announced today, yet at least but we'll see.

It's still possible it might be announced later today. He posted this stuff up this afternoon so we'll see. I'm not trusting this as fact of course considering all the rumors that have turned out to be false. But at least it's something. Keep an eye out ;)
 
Look, Samsung has already OFFICIALLY acknowledged the GPS issue with every Galaxy S phone out there. They are "trying to fix it".
That's why the Epic isn't being released. Not that it's going to have a working GPS on launch anyway.

Use GPS Test on an Epic- list how many satellites "in view" and how many "in use".
Results will tell the whole story. ;)

That's the story playing inside YOUR mind, In the real world it's pretty hard to test GPS on a phone that has not released.
