Root New SD Card help Required (Transferring rooted)

Hi Guys,

My new Larger SD card has arrived and I have a rooted Desire running Modaco R8 Rom with A2SD(Froyo) installed etc.

I am looking to transfer my 4gb over to my 8gb keeping the apps etc

Can anyone help me to transfer over (with the partition etc).

So far I have not been able to do so successfully.

The only way i can think of is to get a program on your pc that can read the whole card including partitions, then use that to save to a folder.
Then transfer from there using the same program to sd card.
Best thing to do is google for it or see if someone knows what the program is called.

Nandroid in Rom manager restores the partition so have wondered if this will.work..

Nandroid backup
Copy folders to new (partitioned) SD card
Nandroid restore
