Root new sd card

So guys, if and when i get a new larger sd card, do i just create the partition and pop it in and do a nandroid restore? so it will restore the ext? and i gather class 6 is the recommended speed card?
 
Yeah do a nandroid backup, backup sd card to PC then follow the steps to partition.

Assume you used Gparted? if you used rom manager you may struggle as some roms wont boot without the partition...

yeah ive got my live cd, im thinking about getting a 32gb but not sure as the ones i can afford are from Hong Kong and most are class 2, but ive found some 16gb class 6 for about
 
I dont trust those 32's. I got a 16GB class 10, but now knowing over class 6 is pointless, I'd go for a class 6 16GB

why dont you trust them? i bet you still have a zx81 at home dont you (i do), still trying to work out how they do it?
 
just the whole hong kong thing. Lots of fakes come from that region.

Never had a sinclair. I had a c16
