New start-up animation?

I am in the process of the automatic reboot for the update, and i noticed that when it turned back on that when it shows the thunderbolt icon the clouds in the back ground are gone. Is this the new animation with the clouds gone? or am i going crazy?

Not crazy! The clouds are there briefly, then are replaced with a black background. I like it better.

LOL oh okay. I didnt even notice the clouds i only saw the black screen. That is pretty cool. I'm surprised HTC even did anything with that.

Look for your 3 or 4 G icon change too! I wonder wjo thinks to make such small changes!?

Yeah i saw the 3G sign its different font. I haven't gotten a a chance to see the 4G sign yet. Since i only get 3G at work. I like when small design changes are done .

Mobile hotspot icon change too. MyVerizon app now works. No reboots. Good update Imo.

Yeah so far so good. Knock on wood. Now im not as mad about the non gingerbread update. I really just wanted the reboot prob fixed.

I noticed this too. A small thing but one that lets you know the update took place.
