The actual time since last fully charged is probably what is being referenced. That is different from KitKat, where settings / battery would tell you that exact amount of time right on the graph. (You should be able to get that from the third party app GSAM, though.)

The graph doesn't give the hours and minutes of use, though. It's very generalized in nature.
