New TEP Policy

I damaged my EVO and had no Insurance. Got a new one for just $35 bucks. What am I missing? lol

I just went to the store today to get my evo screen replaced and the guy said they only had the policy for about 2 months before they reversed it back. He said too many people were using it so they axed it. Is this true, has anyone done the 35 dollar repair lately?

Nope. Policy got abused. No more $35 repairs.

So does that mean that if My phone shows no physical abuse but has a touch screen issue, then a repair center should fix it for free? or what? $35?

+1 I have TEP currently and need camera cover replace. Will that incur a cost? Anyone know off the bat?

It will be fixed for free with TEP or ERSP or for $35 without.

Sprint TEP includes Asurion, but also covers in-store service.
