I think the Charge is better overall, the only things the Thunderbolt is better at is the build quality (maybe), the more RAM, and the UI (opinion). But with the Charge you get a better battery life, the sAMOLED+ screen (the best feature in my opinion) and some say they get better reception than the TB but I don't know if that's true.
