I was an iphone girl for 4 years until last week when I traded it in for an HTC sensation. I love it except for the difficulty it has caused me syncing my music and playlists from my mac. I have tried doubletwist, isync, mediamonkey, Salling media sync, songbird, and a few others. The issue is that most of these programs require OS 10.5+ while I unfortunately have OS 10.4. As it is very expensive to upgrade to OS 10.5, is there anyone who can help me find a good syncing program that works for me? I now find myself missing my iphone!!

Well as one Mac girl to another, I think your best bet is going to be to upgrade your Mac. Apple practically gives its operating systems away (unlike Microsoft). Snow Leopard 10.6 is only $29 for a full upgrade (works on 10.4). But if I were you, I would wait...Lion 10.7 is (confirmed by Apple) set to release this month and it will be $29.99 in the Mac app store. Tiger 10.4 is like 6 years old at this point, which is like a billion in computer years. There have been some major improvements in the Mac OS since Tiger, so think of it as an investment in your computer and your phone.

You might give doubleTwist a try. AirSync will let you move music from iTunes to your Sensation. Here's their site:

Since my computer is a billion years old, I did look into upgrading but when I called the mac store they said it would be $140 to upgrade to Leopard. I would definitely do it for $29! Maybe I talked to the wrong guy. I guess it is worth looking into again, thanks!
