The best place to get started would be in the forum for your specific device model. Select it from the list on the Home Page and join your device's area of support - you can get tips & tricks and a whole lot of information on your device. And there are a bunch of experience members who will give you help with whatever problems that you may have.

If you can't find it, then tell us what device you have and we'll point you in the right direction.
