Help new to htc and android

Hi everybody
I am new user for both HTC and Android .
I have htc wildfire (android) I am happy with its current performance , what I want to know is there any thing as task manager so as to flip between applications.
IF you don't mind , you can also post any suggestion regarding htc wildfire or any new solution you found about any problem that you had (not hardware) .

I'm reasonably new to HTC and Android too, but one of the first things I did was research a good task manager. The one I settled with is Advanced Task Manger. It's free.

I got a solution it works for me ..
* what I did is , I have a converter " format factory "
* then took the file (needed to converted to mp4) draged it in to the app
* select "all to mp4"
* settings - options- 1] take "mobile device compatible 480*320 mpeg4" under profile
2] video size "480*320"
* then "ok" and start converting
* those file work well in my htc wildfire without any problem like video , audio or format .
