Root New to ROMS, quick question

Newbie
I eventually got tired of the stock Triumph crap I was putting on it, so I decided to root my phone. Not nearly as hard as I expected, and everything went pretty successful. ( I chose the CM7 G60 ROM, and my only problem was that on first boot several apps "didn't install successfully" but it appears as if just installing them Play has not caused any problems. ) My actual question is, the main reason I decided to root is because I hate all the VM bloatware on my phone. However after installing this ROM, there is almost an equal amount of applications I don't want. ( Ex: Torch, DSP Manager, Talk, Voice Dialer, Car Home) Is there anyway I can remove these, or at least put them in a folder so they don't clutter up my app drawer? --Thank you.

a simple way to hide the apps in thats in the app drawer that i know. would be for you to download go launcher ex and go to the app drawer hit the menu button and got to hide hide app and choose the apps you want to hide.

Get a file explorer, like ES File Explorer, and check "Mount File System." Then look under /system/app/ and remove them from there. However, do not use this to remove applications that are essential for your phone's operation, as it will do more harm than good.

Alright thanks, is there any kind of list that has all the absolute essential apps?
