Root New to Root - My Backup Pro Question

After months of research I finally took the plunge and rooted my EVO. I'm very happy that I decided not to take the OTA Gingerbread update or I'd still be waiting to root. I do want to thank everyone here that helped with the Rooting for Dummies and unrEVOked program and everything else. It went very smoothly.
I haven't done much yet, and I haven't flashed any ROMs yet. I am having an issue with My Backup Pro. I created backups of my Data and Apps before I did the factory reset. I moved them to my computer, formated the SD card, and now I've moved them back. However, when I try to restore, My Backup Pro is not pointed to the right folder. I've tried several variations, but it's still not finding the back up files. Do you have any tips on this? Also, which folder should I point the app too? There are several imbedded folders, so I'm not sure which one to use...and so far, whatever I've done has not worked.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know that much about my backup pro and I would recommend using Titanium Backup, it is what most people on this forum use. You may be able to find the folder using a file explorer and then point it out to the app but I'm not sure.
