Hey, Im new to the android world and i just purchased a LG Optimus MS690 and was wondering if there are specific apps to download. I am basically looking for anything i can use to conserve battery power and optimize performance at a beginners level. I appreciate any and all opinions. Thanks

Just go to the market in your phone, there are zillions apps there.
