New to the forums

Hi,

just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully get rid of that annoying top -don't-be-shy-lurker-banner without using my black-voodoo magic, also known as adblock.
New android user here, went from iPhone 2G, (yeah, first version) to a Samsung Galaxy Ace instead. A little disappointed by the lack of stability but overall satisfied by the openness and customization abilities given compared to the iPhone. Curiously awaiting the Gingerbread update to see what might be...

Oh yeah, I'm originally from Sweden but now live in Barcelona, Catalonia instead.

Its funny, I do think that writing your first thread/post helps break the ice. I felt the same way that you did in the beginning and didn't post my "hello" thread right away .

But after I realized that I could contribute and saw how friendly everyone was, I was hooked!

Hope you feel the same way too at some point in time!
