Help New to this

Hi All,

Just getting started with my samsung droid. Very used to suing my laptop, but want to learn more about the driod so I can keep up-to-date while on the move.

Two things have already stumped me. I can't open some word documents and some I can, and I can't remember the other. Told you I was stumped.

Any help would be appreciated.
