New update following ICS OTA...

Anyone know the details of the 'Settings' update?

Strange one.. about 20mb in size and has an unusual installation process, takes about 6mins to install and you can carry on using the phone as it does..

I'm UNBRANDED in the UK (Orange) with sense 3.6 and ICS

Have you noticed any obvious changes within the settings menu??
 
No visible changes at all, I have been through all the settings screens, in fact I've been through most of the phone and not noticed anything..

also the 'Updating Apps' issue upon boot up has NOT been resolved with this update.
 
The only thing I've noticed is that they have added an "e" onto airplan mode in the "OTHER" menu. Apart from that I can't see anything different. Doubt it would be 20mb to correct a spelling mistake?!
 
Typed my unbranded XE into the above check, said my phone doesn't need it....

Checked on software update and it found settings update?!?

What network, branded/unbranded phone? Seems a little screwy in the HTC updates recently even when a mobile network says the update hasn't been released and yet known users have updated!!
 
I received the update as well today.. I havent noticed anything different at all.

The Wifi Fix wouldnt be called 'Update Settings' would it? Seems a bit daft so there must of been some other fixes..

I thought they may have re-added power saver mode but i have checked and i guess not...

It's an unbranded phone bought SIM free in UK. I have a 3 SIM in it, I haven't updated yet.
 
Mine updated tonight too 15.58mb....XE Vodafone unbranded
on HTC site it said i didn't need wifi fix as phone already had it.

Noticed the added e on Airoplane....it possible fixed a few bugs including the wifi turning on by itself. I had to turn Auto sync of to prevent this.

Can't find any other detail about update yet.
