Help new update galaxy note 2 multiple windows

Hi i have a problem with this new update i just download it and i notice the energy saving mode isnt working at all, the deactive vibrate tactil mode doesnt work if the energy saving is active that feature most desactive and is not working also the only way to deactivate is using the vibrate modes in minimun, before update were working all this lil features and the energy saving mode is not working at all, is draining the battery more faster,
who can help me with this issue xD??

I would try a factory reset and see if that works. Just remember that if you do this it will erase everything on your device, so make sure to back everything up first.
