Root New Update

Sprint Connections Optimizer Updated over the air this morning when I went out. Anyone else get this update? Anyone know what it is?

The update is that there will be better Sprint Coverage and faster data

It came up for me a week or so ago but I don't remember the exact wording but it had to do with the way it switches between the wifi and carrier network when open wifi networks are detected.

You can delete that. It detects better coverage and switches to that network. Aka cdma or lte or even wifi.
It isnt really needed.

I wouldn't delete it. Just turn it off and freeze the app if you don't want to use it.
