Help New user with a problem

Hi All, On my Desire when I opened up a thread on a message board I was able to pinch the screen to make it easier to read and it would automatically fit the screen regardless how large I made it. But on my new Galaxy although pinching does make it bigger it no longer auto fits which means I have to keep scrolling left to right to read what has been written. Sure its just a simple thing to sort but without an actual manual I am lost. Can anyone help or even have a clue what I am talking about. Thanks in advance

I know exactly what you are talking about. I had that same problem when I had my Samsung Galaxy S2 phone. There is a box that needs to be check for this to be possible. If I remember correctly - you can find this inside the browser settings. Open any webpage - tap menu - more - scroll down to settings and search through the list until you see that option. (I hope someone with this know-how will eventually chime in to lend assistance to you.)

Open your browser the press menu>more>settings and check auto-fit pages.

Thanks Rush and Lunatic, actually found that setting and checked it thinking it would work but alas sadly it doesn't. Hopefully I will get there in the end. Cheers guys

Have you tried double tapping the screen while zoomed?
