Help new warning when tethering runnin cog 7

Hey everyone I noticed just now a new error message. Im running Cognition ver 4.3 and when I go to the Mobile AP menu it says " A tethering Mobile Hotspot plan is required to use this service.". Yet I dont have this package on my plan but it works lol? Should I be concerned, I have the unlimited data?

Moving to Captivate thread. This problem does not exist on the Galaxy S I9000, since tethering plan does not actually exists in most countries.
