New with questions. :)

Hi everyone!
So, I got my Note 3 last night, and so far, loving it!
I do have a few questions (and many more to come, I suppose).
One thing I cannot figure out (and it's bugging me) is when I am in a text message conversation, how do I make the keyboard go away so I can see more of the actual text screen? I am coming from an iPhone where I could just hit a symbole that looked like a keyboard and the keyboard would disappear showing me the full body of texts.

Also, is there a thread somewhere that can help me set up themes and such? I downloaded Beautiful Widgets (that's all thus far) but no clue how to use it.. not only that but I see so many people around here using all these different widgets and such to make completely different themes on their androids.. I want to learn how, but no clue where to start. :)

Thank you!

Just hit the haptic back button to make your keyboard drop. Themes are really best in the form of "launchers" they let you customize quite a bit more than touchwiz. Apex and Nova are great ones.

Thank you for the help with the keyboard.. it was making me crazy!

As for the launchers, I will have to research those. I am pretty new to this and it is much different than the iPhone. :)

Hats off to you for leaving Iphone and going to good old Android...and the very impressive Note 3 as well, what a way to start :)

If your thinking of Launchers I very much recommend Nova. Its an amazing Launcher.

If you simply want to use widgets you currently have loaded to customize your phone, simply go into your apps menu and switch to "Widgets" at the top of the page. You can then put your available widgets where you want and see how it works out for you.
