im new too ,evo htc sprint ,everything plan.mostly i went to the trouble just to say this is the biggest pita ever.i had a blackberry 8330 another before that.when you plug a bb in to the pc it asks if you want to download pics and vids .not with this evo have not had a single succesfull expieriance trying to sync.i get frustrated and give up tried a few times.i love so many thing about it .but hate how some things seem unfinished, maybe if your a tech kind of person its easy to fix and make work . to me its just too much.bb seems so much easier ,not better this is like a little laptop comparably.plus i have to hold the connection in just for it to kind of work. im ready to go back to sprint and tell em you make this #@&^%:">< thing sync!!!with my laptop.i pay plenty of money for this service it should not be this difficult and frustrating.
