Newbie...need help!

Hi guys, found the website while attempting to find a solution for my problem.

I just got a ZT-180 tablet this week and after loading/deleting some app, almost every 3rd party app has an expected error and have no idea where to start.

I am extreme newbie when it comes to Andriod/andriod apps. Can someone point me in the right direction? Help!!
