Newbie question-games for the Play

Hi all. I am totally new to smart phones. I picked the Xperia Play because it is supposed to be basically a small playstation. Ok, I have found out that that is not totally true. :( I guess Sony kind of forgot about us wanting to play their games on this. I don't have the phone yet, it is being shipped. I've been looking online and trying to learn about this stuff. In general, do all Android games play on all the phones, or does a game have to be specifically for the Xperia Play? I looked on the Sony site, and saw that they list phone compatibility with the games, and a lot (at least the ones I would want to get) didn't have the Play listed. Oh, one more slight off topic question. How the heck do I get this to let me make paragraphs?:o thanks, Russ

Going from down up

Paragraphs, well, you either use spaces (like this ) or do what most people online do and just do a new line (enter button)


Kinda like that :P (Tab is out because internet browsers view tab as a hotkey for changing the focus)

In response to your first question: Yes, all android games (unless they are made for a specific phone) will work with the Xperia Play.

A better list than the phone compatible games on sony's website: XPERIA PLAY GAMER - HOME (Note, it's only a beta as of right now, and is getting updated by a website developer on XDA)

Thanks for the link and info.

Hmm, now this is working right. I am thinking the cat stepped on a key last night that was causing me not to be able to format this right. I would hit the enter button and nothing would happen. Our cat seems to love to walk on this keyboard.
