Help newbie question!!

at the top of my note 2 just to the left of the signal strenght icon there are 5 black and white tiny "play store" icons in a row. What are these things and how do I get rid of them???
 
If you installed or updated apps, it's indicating it on the notification bar (the play store icons). To get rid of them press on the notification bar and swipe down to display the notification screen. You can swipe left/right the play store notifications to get rid of them or press the 'clear' button.
