Help Newbie Question

Hello Everyone,

I hope all is well. I just made the move today from the Blackberry Q10 to the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2. I have been reading that the Ace 2 has been updated to Jelly Bean. On my device, it indicates I have version 4.0.4. I have tried updating through Kies and from the device. Both methods are telling me no new firmware is available. Any idea how to upgrade to Jelly Bean?

I am on the Rogers Network in Canada and using a Mac.

You have to wait until (and if) Rogers issues new firmware for that model. They may and they may not.

Its 236 gingerbread out of the box
Skip i.c.s the jelybean
I think u are using ace 2x
