Hi, I have recently bought a jex tab delux 10" tablet running 2.2,
ever since I received it I have had numerous difficulties with it, such as...
It was supposed to have flash installed and it didn't, when I queried this with the seller (Jexaa ltd) they sent me a link to install it, and also a link to install bbc iplayer, these worked ok for a while but now when I go to play anything on the bbc iplayer it cut the browser off completely, and returns me to home on my device.
Similarly, I was able at first to use 'Catchup tv' It now plays the advert, but then cuts out, the same as with bbc iplayer?
I also have a problem with the USB port, when I connect to my laptop it does not recognise it, and doesn't work. I was told it does not require a driver, although they did send me another link to one (that doesn't work either) it also does not work with the case keyboard I bought, but maybe they are incompatible??? there are other issues, i.e, with the Bluetooth and the 3G connectivity, but I'm aware this is an over-long post already!
I am very much a novice (Please see my introduction post) what I really need to know is it it my inexperience and doing something wrong or is it the device, in which case should I be thinking of returning it or asking for them to do something to help, although previous requests for help have had varied amounts of assistance.
