Is there anywhere where i can get tips on using my Android?

i.e. battery saving tips, memory tips etc, etc.

Anywhere (forum?) where people can suggest good apps apart from the ratings on android market?

Try these from the Android Market:
Android Booster and/or power save mode enabler. I'm currently running both of these on my HTC 2.2 and i've seen an improvement.

Another thing that you may want to try (but kind of defeats the object of owning an android) is turn everything off until you need it. GPS, wifi, bluetooth, background data (auto-sync) even the mobile internet. I'm doing this and getting 4 days between charge. Everyone knows androids eat battery charge.
