Help Newby question about installing "Flash"

Newby here. I get several e-mails that have video attached, but my Tab2 cant play them, because I don't have Flash installed. I looked in the Google app store, but don't see a way to download a flash player for this device. Any simple, easy to do (for me, I'm old) instructions would truly be appreciated. Thanks.

download aptoide its on there and works well, aptiode is also a good secondary markets.
