Help Newly bought 32GB microSDHC ReadOnly problem

Lurker
I've tried to make as extensive explanation with information as I could, apologies if it's too much.

I recently bought a new microSDHC for my HTC Desire.
Kingston microSDHC 32GB Class 10 / SDC10/32GBSP
Where I bought it from: netshop.no/Avdelinger/MOBIL_GPS/Minne-Mobiltelefon/Micro-SD/Kingston/Kingston-microSDHC-32GB-Class-10-Uten-Adapter-48841-p0000171933.aspx
The problem I've had with it is that my phone gets ReadOnly with it.
First time trying it the phone says it's mounted as ReadOnly right away.
I then bought myself a microSDHC card reader so that I could format it through Windows 7, hoping it will fix the problem.
When I fire up the phone after formating it with Windows 7 everything looks like it's working fine, no messages about it being mounted as ReadOnly, I can edit and rename files with ES File Explorer but when I move applications over to the microSDHC it fails without saying so. I turn the phone off and on, goto Manage Applications and the app I moved to the SD card is now E.G. moved Endomondo becomes "com.endomondo..." with a SD card icon instead of the Endomondo icon.
Applications that require to use the SD card sometimes will launch and work properly but end up freezing, sometimes eventually freezing the phone. (When having Audiogalaxy open playing a song, after a few seconds it auto-locks the phone due to inactivity as it should, still plays the song but when I try to unlock the phone the screen is black, the buttons are lit up (The Home, menu button etc) and nothing happens, when the track ends it doesn't play the next song.)
So I tried a program called SD Tools by Veluscek Ales, it runs, is able to write for 3 seconds and stops saying "Error Writing..."
Quitting the application and the phone then says the microSDHC card is mounted as ReadOnly.

I've reset the phone to fabrical settings several times in different situations, tried formating the microSDHC card through My Computer and Computer Management in different situations too while it's in the card reader.
Tested the microSDHC card with the program h2testw (From softpedia.com/get/System/System-Miscellaneous/H2testw.shtml)
"Warning: Only 30602 of 30603 MByte tested.
Test finished without errors.
You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again.
Writing speed: 10.6 MByte/s
Reading speed: 16.9 MByte/s
H2testw v1.4"

Used Error-checking from the devices properties, returns with no errors found.
Used cmd with chkdsk with parameters "chkdsk f: /f", returns with no errors found.

The phone worked fine with no problems with the 2GB microSD card that comes with the phone. SD Tools is able to write and read with no problems.
When I've got it plugged in on Windows 7 through the card reader I can paste and copy files from it with no problems.

What do I do? :s

I got it up and running with no problems so far.
Used the program EaseUS Partition Master 9.1.1 Home Edition where I wiped it a few times and formated it.
