Next launcher anyone?...brilliant

The next launcher looks truly superb on the note 2... minor bugs... But fantastic to use... worth a try. ...

Hmm, $16 for a launcher? I guess its in same price category as other eye-candy shells like SPB 3D and TSF. I wish they would have limited free demo versions to try them out.

I'm personally sticking to my Nova Prime - very light on resources, super fast, ton of features, and maximum layout flexibility.

Developed by the Go team. $16 for an app with no trial..no way.

My Nova Prime works great.

I can't speak from a personal experience since I never owned or played with SPB or TSF, but I have read other people's comments. What they say in general - its an eye candy launcher that offer some flashy graphics and some built in tools to make your phone stand out. But they are very limited on customization and others just got tired of flashy effects after awhile. Plus you gotta keep in mind, everything gets loaded (cached) into memory, and these flashy effects will take it's toll.

Yup. There's no way I'm going to pay, especially that much, for something have never had the chance to trial.

In addition, no matter how packed of 3d effects and stuff I have found the flamboyant launchers are always missing many of the functions I feel I can't do without in a launcher.

No matter how many I try I always go back to Go Launcher Ex since the Go Calendar widget does not work in Nova.

I played around with it to compare to what I use now. Like a lot of people that posted I use Nova and love it. Next launcher is a memory hog that has some glitches and way too much extra crap that ill never use. I like a functional launcher that works and works fast, not a launcher that looks pretty but is overly complicated in its functions.

Since I got this phone last week, I used touch wiz, but went back to Nova Prime today. I used NP on my thunder bolt back in the day and used Apex on my Nexus. It's nice going back to Nova Prime. Great functionality.

I have it on my note 2 for about 2 months, at first I thought I liked the stock and go launcher but I stuck with next, and i used nova on my siii but went with go launcher ex ,as far as being a memory hog all I can say is I have absolutely no memory issues with next and really love the effects it has, only downside is no themes but I'm not sure that even matters cause everything else it does is perfect, I am having a hard time finding something next can't do that I would like added.

Edit: next is very snappy and responsive, it never gave me any problems at all. It is a lot of money but it is also buy once get free lifetime updates.
