Root Next step?

Ok so I have my phone rooted. TiBU installed and a bunch of bloat frozen. I also have Root Explorer loaded. What’s the next step I need to focus on? Do I need to do Clockwork and Odin next? Not really sure what the difference is between those two are to be honest. I’m also interested in starting to flash as well. Any pointers on what I should be studying next would be greatly appreciate.
 
I can always unfreeze and make a nandroid I guess. Only took me a few min to pick what to freeze. Or would it be best to uninstall TiBU and install it after the Odin/Clockwork?

yup...unfreeze, and then make a nandroid. i mean there are clean prerooted nandroids at xda, but best to have your own before modding. :D
