Next top tier virgin mobile phone?

Seeing as metro has the s3 I'm wondering when virgin will step it up in the future I'm looking at T-Mobile prepaid for gsm phones such as Nexus's or high end or metro for the s3. Tmboile seems good since each month I use less than 30 minutes for calls. Anyway any rumors, facts or details ?

$500 for the s3... Ouch.
Maybe the S2 will see a price drop and they can take on the S3.
The S4 ought to be here soon. This is trickle down cell phones.

Since virgin gets veteran phones (year old) we might get the s3 when the s4 comes out. I will be OUTTA VIRGIN MOBILE by then.

Moving to tmobile after this phone dies since they actually have decent coverage.

Top of the line right there.

I imagine they will get the S3 around late May or June, followed by the Iphone 5. Might also see the EVO LTE swoop in to replace the EVO V. I would prefer the Note 2 as my next phone but we probably won't be so lucky before the end of the year.

I don't think an Iphone will ever be top dog in Virgin's lineup with the availability of better priced Androids with equal or better specs than Apple's phones.

True I like iPhone's but the screen is just to small. If apple could make iphones with bigger screens I would jump for joy but I probably couldnt afford it yet anway:) the note 2 is delicious though

If Apple produced a phone with the same specs as the Note 2, it would be $1300.00 off contract.

The best part of those phones? They worked. Battery life was great. And you could drop it and not worry about the half inch screen breaking. They could learn a few things from the phones of yesterday for the phones of tomorrow...

Yeah i hate that they get phones so late. I'll stick with vm for awhile longer, then start looking at other companies. So far i havent really found anything to compare with the 35 a month for unl txt and data since i dont use more than 300minutes anyway. Although the data is kind of slow in my city anyway, i get average 100kbps downloads on 3g, not 4g here yet.

I might stay for another 6 months to a year let's see what they can do. Plus what will be the product of Metro and tmobiles merger they might get even better phones soon. :)

I don't mind getting trickle down phones a year old. What that means to me is not having to wait for development. Take the evo v for example, we practically entered at its peak

After 1 year of service for my EVO 3D I plan on moving off of VM and onto T mobile or sprint.
