Root Nextheme flashlight/ringer widgets in Apex?

I've been searching everywhere but CANNOT find the answer. Is there a way to get the flashlight and ringer widgets from Nextheme into my ApeX 1.30 rom without actually theming to nextheme?

Before, I nexthemed first and then applied apex over, and it kept the widgets, but my phone wasn't running great, not sure if that's why, but tying to do all clean rom/theme installs this time around to make sure I have no stability/performance/battery issues...

Ideas?

I love the widgets too! I unzipped the ROM on my PC and pulled out the apk files that I wanted and I now have a folder on my sd card that I keep them in. I use Root Explorer to copy the files into the system/app folder of what ever rom I use. You need to change the permissions after you paste them, but that's easy. Hope this helped...

Nevermind figured it out. Took the two apk files out of the zip, put them on my SD Card, and then used apkinstaller from the market to install them. Thanks again!
