Root Nexus 10 - gets a mind of its own?

I have had my Nexus 10 for 4 months. It worked great for about 3 months, but recently, after using for about 30 minutes, it goes bananas! Without touching it, it does it's own thing - goes back to the home screen, opens up random apps, - all in very quick blips! VERY annoying! What is going on? Do I have a lemon? I called Google and was walked through a data reset, (not a factory reset), but that did nothing to solve the problem.

Hi apacececca :hello: Welcome to the forums.

I haven't heard of one doing that. Sounds like a factory reset is what you need to try. What did you have to do for a data reset? Are you sure that wasn't a factory reset?

It could also be an issue with the digitizer, but without having the device in front of me it is a little difficult to diagnose. In any event, I would get a factory image like Atma suggested and give that a flash. If that doesn't help, contact El Goog for a replacement.

I've only seen that on the 2012 Nexus 7.

The 10 I got has horrible battery life, freezes randomly and gets laggy and produces ANRs a lot if you use Chrome.
