Root Nexus 4 : 4.2.1 ->4.3?

I'm running a Nexus 4 with

4.2.1 stock + root + CWM Recovery.

What is the best way to get from there to

4.3 stock + root + CWM Recovery + hybrid modems (LTE)

Can I bypass 4.2.2?

I would prefer an all Linux or flash method.
 
In my personal opinion, the easiest way would be as simple as a ROM flash. It isn't mandatory that you update the bootloader or radio, so give these two a look:

The second is for sure already rooted for you with the latest update from Chainfire!

In this scenario, all you'd really need to do is (always do a backup just in case, I don't try any ROM without a good backup) wipe in CWM/TWRP and flash.
