Nexus 4 do i update it to latest android version?

Don't know much about these things. But read that the new update is causing problems on the nexus 4. Would you advise me to update when the option comes along?
I did my nexus 7 before seeing problems on Google. But so far its OK.

I think most of the problems have died down and I didn't want to at first either. I finally did it last week and mine is working perfectly.

Just go for it.

"This doesn't work" sort of threads are generally more common than "this is awesome" etc. So in a lot of cases, updates can seem worse than they actually are.

I did my update yesterday (the 1.8mb update) and later on in the day i could not use my Google wallet in multiple locations where i previously had used it. Today I attempted to use it again and it went through..

I think people thought you were talking about updating from 4.2 to 4.3. The 1.8 was a slight patch for 4.3. The big update was the 4.3
