Help Nexus 4 KitKat update problem

when you say the first boot takes a long time, it is less then 20 minutes?

also, i think this doesnt look good right?

It sounds like exactly what it says. Fastboot can't find the image files it is trying to flash. Can you show a directory listing of where you're working?

So I finally finished exams and was thinking of updating my phone now. I'm just wondering if people still having troubles with the kitkat update or is it fairly stable now?

There have been a couple of bug fix releases (we're up to 4.4.2) and I think things are relatively stable now.
