Root Nexus 5 (with CWM) no ROM works (including stock)

Hey guys. I've got a Nexus 5 with CWM v6.0.4.5 and I have a major issue. Every time I try to put a new ROM on, it bricks. Originally, I was trying to put a nightly build of CM12 on it. However, when it first started up, it said that Google Play services has stopped in a message box over the OOBE for a single frame, then the screen went black with the battery and clock on the top right and a back arrow on the bottom. Also, the notification light was constantly yellow, for some reason. The back arrow did nothing, and I powered off. I then tried to boot from my backup from the stock ROM. Same thing. I then tried to put a fresh factory everything on my device, and that does the same thing as well. Please help me figure out how to fix this!!

Also, for some reason, I can't sideload. It always says device not found, and none of the things online have helped me on this either. Thanks!

Did you try booting it without gapps?
And did you do a data, cache, dalvik before/after flashing?

Oops just had a look at your link, so you're trying to flash factory image via fastboot and a PC?
That's out of my domain I'm afraid.
Have you tried wuggs nexus toolkit?
