Help Nexus 7 2013. Should I buy it & what size is it inches?

I have the Nexus 7 (2012) which I love.
Wondering if to buy the 2013 model as it says the screen is better ( though some say too bright!)
What's the opinion here?
Is it worth the expense?

Also can someone tell me the exact tablet size and also the screen size in inches.
As hear its smaller.

don't buy it just yet. You have a tablet that works, wait until Black Friday or if no deals are there wait until Christmas or after.
It's practically the same size except it's thinner. Yes, screen is very bright, when I'm indoors I usually have it not brighter than 15-20%
 
The screen is 7.02" - the usual diagonal measurement. The tablet weighs 10.24 ounces and is 7.874" long by 4.488" wide by .34" thick. I have the DeviceWear Ridge case for mine and with the case it weighs 15 1/2 ounces and is 7 15/16" long by 4 3/4" wide by 5/8" thick.

I really like the case and the N7 2013 is terrific. I leave the screen brightness set to automatic and have not found it to be too bright. I have used mine for web browsing and email, for reading an eBook with the Aldiko app, for listening to music, for maintaining my calendar, as a nav device with the Sygic app, for maintaining a spreadsheet with Documents To Go, and various other things. It is my first tablet and it can almost replace my laptop. I've even used it as a remote to control my laptop using the TeamViewer app.

I hope this info helps you with your decision.

Is it far superior to the older nexus 7 then?
 
EBay had been having it for $199 for the 16GB with no tax or shipping lately. Might find it better around black Friday, but probably not by much.

That's eBay daily deals, which is legit new stuff by the way.
