Nexus 7 (2103) would not charge or power up.
Sent back to repair center as still within warranty.
They are saying it is beyond economical repair as water ingress in unit. Water ingress not covered by warranty. They want to charge me to get the still broken unit back or dispose of it.
Photo showing suggested damage was attached bu forum will not let me post due to being a new user!. Tablet has had nothing split over it and has not be in areas of moisture so don't understand how this can be the case.
Does this look like water ingress? Could this have happened by any other means? The repair center say not.
What options are available to me? Be interested in comments / experiences.
