how do i delete app's

Go to your Settings app -> Apps -> select appropriate tab at the top (Downloaded, Running, All) -> select the desired app -> click Uninstall button.
Now, of course, not all apps (like system apps and pre-loaded apps by your carrier, etc.) will let you remove them.
