Nexus first impression...

O.K. had a Thunderbolt and due for upgrade... Obvious choice = Galaxy Nexus.
Am I missing something here?
I use 3 email accounts, work, personal and another for my hobby. Ihave email widgets for each like i did on the T-Bolt, but when emails come in, all i see is the icon up in the notification area. No small number or change to the widget to indicate what account. Same thing with text messages... I like the indication of how many are waiting to be viewed. Not a deal breaker, but I have 3 other issues:

I am getting texts and pic messages showing up as one person, but came from someone COMPLETELY different? Ever see this? Any suggestions?

Very low ringtone and alert volumes, yes I checked the settings...

Seems to be weak at pulling in a signal...

So, I REALLY want to love this phone, and admit it may be that I am missing something. Suggestions would be helpful.

well it does show you that there are 5 text messages or emails waiting for you, but your right it doesnt tell you they are from 5 different people.

If your using all GMAIL account then i am not sure about the separation. I have a Gmail and a comcast account i am using and they show up differently in the email notifications. Still if i get 4 gmail and 2 comcast emails it will not tell me that the 4 are from tom sue and jim and larry. it will just say 4 gmail.


probably will want to get an addon for that.
