Help Nexus Installation Update

I have only had my nexus about 2 months and ever since I bought it, when its ready to do it's update, halfway through its coming up as 'error' and gets stuck on that screen. Has anyone experienced this before?

Nope, nothing like that the update installed smoothly when connected to WiFi

are you rooted? if so you need to go back to completely stock and try again.
