Nexus is BACK?!

Well I ordered mine yesterday with a 1 to 2 week delivery and an estimated shipping date of 13th Feb and just had an email today 1st Feb to say that it shipped yesterday. Gosh.
 
I was speaking to TNT a while ago in the UK re my delivery - estimated 13th Feb and coming Monday and they said that Google's UK distributor had passed 7000 items for UK delivery yesterday. That's a lot of Nexus 4s.
 
Interesting Donald, thanks for that. Can you clarify exactly what you meant, sorry. Are you saying that 7000 of the UK stock will be delivered to their recipients on Monday or to whatever DC over here they're being held at?

ordered mine about 7pm on Wednesday, about 4 hours after it became available. I'd hope that puts me in the first 7000? Haven't had any shipping notification yet.

I ordered yesterday at lunchtime (31st) and got my shipping notice this morning at 05:30 ish. It was showing in Edinburgh and when I called to see if I could collect they said they had a bit of a backlog from Computer 2000 who are the distributor for Google in the UK it seems. There are 7,000 items being shipped out from Computer 2000 via TNT in the UK to delivery addresses and they're expecting to deliver these Monday rather than today as was the intention.
 
Ok, thanks. Nothing against you obviously, I'd be delighted if I had that quick a turnaround, just seems frustrating that yours has shipped before mine despite ordering later.

Oh well, nothing like the wait those who ordered back in November and December had, so can't quibble too much. I'm sure I'll hear something soon
 
Sounds like they haven't solved the first come first served problem that affected the previous releases.

I ordered mine around 3pm on the 30th and haven't had any notification of shipment. Hopefully i'll get it early too :)

..... and just looked up Computer 2000. Turns out they're in Basingstoke. I'm in Reading, literally a 20 minute drive away. Must suppress my impatience
 
Am pleased to say that mine has been shipped. Just waiting for it to register on TNT's tracking site, but hopefully have it early next week :)
 
My Nexus 4 16gb and Bumper has been shipped, just got the email, order was
placed on the 30th of Jan around 15:20 UK, was quoted 13th before it was to be shipped. :party:
 
Didn't have time to read most of this thread, but thought I would let you know that wirefly might still have some in stock (US). I just ordered one earlier today (by that I mean Friday), and it shipped same day. Easiest way to get to the page to order it is to follow the link in the Android Overload from a few days ago. Searching the keywords on wirefly never worked for me, but it can be found if you look through all of the LG phones. That's why I say the link is easier.
 
Got it last night. Love it! Using Straight Talk (AT&T option), getting 5MB down, 1MB up (in Atlanta). No problem with no LTE (coming from Verizon GN).
